ITD is the division responsible for the management of ICT infrastructures, facilities and resources in order to provide holistic and excellent ICT services for the IIUM community. It basically handles the University telecommunication, network, ICT facilities such as WiFi, i-Ta’leem and iMa’luum. IT related problems and queries such as User IDs, passwords and software concerns will be referred to this division. Students and staff can report such problems at ICT Services Help Desk, which is located at the Ground Floor adjacent to the ITD Female Computer Lab.
